Concrete Price Estimation

PLEASE NOTE: The prices provided by the concrete price estimating tool below are FOR REFERENCE ONLY. Due to unique variables involved with each job, it is not possible to provide quotes from this tool alone. Site visits are required for each job and a formal bid will be sent via email. The tool below uses estimates based off of the standard 3500psi concrete. We have minimum prices on slabs, patios, driveways and sidewalks under 400 square feet. Please call for special pricing on these, they vary in price by size.

Sidewalks- sidewalks are not meant for carrying heavy loads, we recommend saving money and using concrete wire for them

Driveways and Patios/Pads- We always recommend using #3 rebar (3/8") with a 4" thick slab; we do not charge extra for labor so, in our mind this is cheap added insurance on a permanent structure. If the driveway will be used for heavy loads and equipment, we recommend a 6" thick slab with at least #3 rebar. We do pour driveways and patios with #6 wire over stable soils like hill country rock with no problems as long as the loads traveling on it are not heavy equipment.

Metal Buildings: Permit and engineering fees may be applicable especially inside city limits. When we engineer metal building slabs on our own, we pour a minimum perimeter beam of 12"x12" thick. Internal beams are spaced every 20 feet on center, also 12"x12" thick. Foundations with 30 foot dimensions or less do not get internal beams unless requested by the customer. For foundations that will be supporting heavy equipment, we recommend pouring a 6" thick slab. All other light duty foundations, we recommend a 4" thick slab. We normally do not recommend using wire for these foundations unless the building will be small; at which point, savings will be minimal.
